fans great artwork from Nickelodeon's
Spongebob Squarepants television show.
Here you can enjoy hand painted cells, drawings, production sketches, and backgrounds used in the making of the first season of Spongebob back in 1999. Only the first season used hand painted cells. From the second season on they are computer generated and not available to the public for viewing or purchase. We were able to purchase a small amount of this original work for viewing and purchase for all you Spongebob lovers. All artwork has been legally purchased through a license with Nickelodeon and authorizes the sale of the items that we have purchased.

When we discovered this body of work gathering dust in stacks of boxes, I thought “What a waste of beautiful work. If only everybody who loved the show could own even a single piece of it, how happy they would be.” That’s why you have an opportunity now to browse these galleries and see for yourself this great "buried treasure" of art.
After
a lot of sorting we came up with the collection you see in these galleries.
Personally I feel that this artwork will be as valuable in the future as
Disney's art is today, and that is very valuable. I wanted everybody to be able
to purchase some piece of art so we have made the prices as low as possible, a
real value. When a piece is sold, it’s gone and we can’t replace it. There
are similar ones but no duplicates here. All art is original art, except a
background which we digitally and artfully construct for each cell. So when you
purchase a piece, you own a one-off. It takes thousands of these cells to make
up a 1 minute sequence and you can own a single piece of it.
Backgrounds
are FREE, beautiful, and they come with your purchase of a cell. Original
backgrounds can cost up to $5000 for a single background, so we purchased a
bunch of cool backgrounds that we carefully fit and print behind the cells. The
result is a complete scene and a really fun thing to have on your wall. A few
months ago these pieces were just sitting in boxes and going to waste. Now
people can collect them and enjoy them in their homes! This has got to be the
perfect gift for anyone special, kid or adult who has come to love the little
